Oh man i fucked up so bad the other day. I gotta tell you about it.
I have this new myspace image hosting site and i've been slowly building it up in my spare time and it recently got used by a relatively popular band on myspace. However the band removed the linking code and just leeched the image. So they were sucking up some good bandwidth but nothing devastating. Still i wanted traffic out of it so I replaced the image with an advertisement for my site. All was well and cool and i started getting good traffic and use from it cus they had a good amount of friends and and were about to release a new album plus they hadn't removed the image yet. Then i noticed an announcement on their band page. On June 15th or so they were going to be on Jay Leno.

Now all you have to do is make them a "Featured Member" on the front page of your website, let them know about it, and do some ass kissing promo stuff for them with your resources!

Act like you didn't even do the image thing.

Tell us if you get it smoothed over and if you get some good traffic from the leno thing.

lol... I can just hear my grandfather saying "patience is a virtue..." in the back of my head, that sucks eli. Just curious... what kind of script are you running for that btw? I was planning on doing something like that but for Hi5

yeah they already removed the image of course. It would of been nice to have it up for a day or two after they went on leno and released their new album but all well.

there's one, i used it and wasn't happy but it does work for what you'll need all in all.

Thanks Eli, that guy has all those scripts for 5 bucks, just about free at that price even if it takes a bit of tweaking. Rep+ for the info.
