TMZ has learned that 2006 Academy Award nominee Heath Ledger has died in NY.

He was found dead in his bed in one of his residences in Soho by his housekeeper at 3:35 PM ET today. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they believe it was not a crime.

My bro works for one of the big "Entertainment TV" shows and said he OD'd. They found a bunch of pills.
 
He finished filming a while ago. So no worries there, if he is dead... my condolences.
 
i simply don't get it.

two guys, of whom i thought they got everything they ever longed for, including eternal happiness: owen wilson and heather ledger. owen tried to kill himself and heath actually overdosed?

wtf is wrong here? i am really depressed now, that is so fucking sad.

I was debating it.. but figured the fact that the cpc ads on it were going to suck a fat one. Although there are more things to do, profit wise, I just think it's REALLY bad karma, but that's just me. More power to anyone who banks from it.

I changed the spelling.. you wrote the thread title as Heather, and although he was fairly girly in the bits and pieces that I could handle in Brokeback Mountain.. his name is not Heather. lol
 
i figured this was a bullshit Wiki entry or something since the title of this thread said "Heather".... too bad I am wrong :(

His career really started to take off over the past 2-3 years too. Very sad.

the Dark Knight film has a whole new context to it now. let's hope he left us with a performance worthy of his last.
