First off, WELCOME! We love newbies, especially when it comes to teaching them how to make money online.
One of the most important skills is to distinguish SE0, SE1, and SE2 - and one of the sites that helped me tremendously was SE0Expert.com.
They posted a tutorial for making at least $300 a day, which should help you since you lost your job. (Sorry to hear that by the way
