Get in touch with your clients (people who actually handed you their HARD earned money), and get them the services they have ordered, or just give MONEY BACK. That's it.
MONEY or SERVICE delivered.

Answer the question. A broken arm isn't an excuse. Your sporting interest isn't an excuse. Why didn't you have your "team" take care of the work in the queue? That's what a team is for. It's the entire point of having a team. If they're so competent why couldn't they handle things in your absence or with minimal input?
