An even 'better' way....I saw some idiots doing this.
1. Buy an aged domain
2. DNS redirect to a PR10 page
3. Hit with Xrumer/SB until site gets around 5K-10K (junk) back-links (in order to convince the buyers that the site has a lot of backlinks)
4. Point it back to the original site & Sell it
