Ladies,

This is my first post, might well not be the last, I heard that some of you are competent.

Here's why I need you. not so long ago, I was a financial trader for a private fund. Life was good, money too, and sex was free.(it still is, but I wanted to insert "sex" in my first sentences). Then one day, it all changed, mostly for the bad.

Because "we" decided we had to go online, and sell stock market advice on the web. It looked easy. But let's put it this way:

- Analysing stock markets? We're actually quite good at it. At it only, unfortunately.

- Selling on the internet? online marketing? We bring the word "suck" to a brand new level. Seriously, we had no clue what this was all about.

So, I'm, for way too many months now "the guy in charge of the websites we're gonna put on the web", as my (73yo) boss calls me. Sites are nearly done by now, are apparently not so bad, first tests show people find they look professional and are user friendly. Hooray.

Now, in a couple of month, we'll bring the "stock market advisory service" online. An we'll have to promote it!

That's why I'm here. And i've got a first question:

We have an easy and large target audience:guys who need help with their portfolio. Can we expect the whole affiliation shit to be as successful in terms of ROI than a well managed PPC campain? Or is it more difficult to target a specific audience

yes, magenta coloured text is refreshingly gay.

Ahhh mustache.

guys, I like you all playing with yourselves and stuff,it's healthy, but get your fingers out of your assholes and write me an answer with your (already filthy-don't worry) keyboads

dreamache, thx. How should I put it?

We need support from pros. Pros are passionate. And I'm afraid passionate people spend way too much time on forums like this one. So I try to find them where they are.

I won't give too quickly...

Well, Affiliati, just to grab attention. Clumsy, maybe.

But the polite "Hey, we're a rich company looking for web marketing experts" approach would have brought me way more "offending" comments I believe. Can't blame me to try to adapt.

Instead talking about "fingers in assholes" was a better option?

I'll look past it for now. There was a talented guy on this thread who apparently helped an emerging "stock tips" company spin out the competition.

Grindstone, eVandals, thank you.

(I just thought that before posting in the SBT forum, I first had to make sur I actually know what kind of professional we need)

You girls need to give him a little credit for TRYING to fit in. Obviously he read a few threads before making his post. And he used magenta for the gay webmaster forum.

What more can you ask except for some boobs?

Assuming you have a budget you need more than one site. You need one for lead generation and use affiliate networks like neverblue to pay affiliates for pay per lead sales.

You need your main site included in the bigger networks that do pay per sale.

And obviously you need a huge portfolio of products on clickbank because no one takes a financial type offer seriously if they aren't selling e-books on clickbank.
