Here is a small review:
I got my report it was received in excel sheet with all links and their PR ...
I check some of them and they were all with PR as stated + got 3 high PR bonus links.

this service is very chip and affordable . quality is normal since most of the URLs are full with other links...
overall for that price+the discounts I recommend.
