I meant to say just do not go for only 1 keyword,you are targetting as it might lead to over optimization of anchors unless your anchor profile is already very diverse/strong.Add some extra LSI or/and long tail KWs.May be some naked links and "click here" type.
You can opt to fill only 1 link in exclusive if you want.Just that max is 3. PM sent

Just got my report for this. Already showing 5 links in ahrefs. Site is brand new and already number one for the main keyword (a very easy one). It is also ranking well for other keywords. This is an effective way to rank in the short term. I wouldn't touch this with a site I care about as this is a network, but this service has it's place.
10/10 from me.
