I really hope the WF community does not let this guy get away with this. Sounds like at the very least his already troubled business is now ruined.

reminds me of the movie "The Producers" with Nathan Lane. They figured they could make more money from producing a flop rather than a hit. Sounds like this guy's m.o.

On a side note - a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, in what looks like a decent area in Florida for only 250k... FUCK do I need to move.
 
I once got screwed by what is now a 2nd rate Affiliate Network. Payment never came until about 4 months later. They had me read the fine print of the Terms, and they had a neat little clause in there that said something like "Network has the right to pay net 120 if it so chooses" - it was some BS like that, obviously a safeguard in place to let them pay slowly if they needed to, and they did.

So, my point is, read the Terms before spending $ on a lawyer. If the terms do not state any crap like this, you should be good to go.
