If you want to get all "business" like there are a couple sub-forums below this one where you can do that. Perhaps you can show me other threads in the shooting the shit section that are strictly business?

Dollar - posting that pic was a really bad idea. If you take this to court that is going to come back to bite you. Honestly, everyone should lay off the guy/wife for a second and give him longer than a day to come back here and explain himself. All this shit talking is only digging a deeper hole for Dollar when he wants to go to court.

CPArev's cell phone does not accept calls.

CPARev Office number is blocked.

Emails and IM's go unanswered.

The person that referred me to CPArev had been paid a couple weeks ago for all my referral sales by CPArev.

The referrer contacted CPArev yesterday via IM (CPArev answers his IM's)
and told Dustin Cucciarre he was refunding that referral payment so CPArev could send the money to me.

The referrer refunded the money and I got $2,782.99 without any
contact by CPArev about my other $32,192.00...

When the referrer asked about my other $32,192.00 he owed, CPArev replied he "does not have money"

Still moving forward with the criminal and civil charges.

i know you shouldn't have to do this but have you considered making a good faith contract where he agrees to pay you large amounts over time or via a wire from his credit cards and you get to audit? It sucks having to wait and get paid over time but it might be better then court costs and throwing him into bankruptcy.

This is a prime example of how to NOT run an affiliate network. Good luck with getting your money, perhaps reaching out like Eli said would be a good idea in terms of the good faith contract, however that may prove difficult if you cant reach them.. Best of luck man.
 
Ouch man , I ran about $7k in traffic to them during their publisherchallenge contest on Tyler Cruz's blog (Figured i might as well try and see what happened).

Took them a month to pay up , although I did finally get it.....This doesn't surprise me AT ALL.
 
Maybe you guys should go after those who promoted CPARev? They got paid to promote the program, shouldnt they themselves do some due diligence on who they promote?

You wont get financial gain but youll make people think twice about promoting a network with little rep in the market.
