On a legit note... You need to find different ways that work that people haven't talked about 100 million times online yet. So yes that means pretty much make your own routines, diets, etc...

I like to print out flyers with my URL and leave them on windshields of cars that are parked outside of local gyms.

Offline advertising ideas works best! I find that the usual link building techniques are not working as good as before. Try getting the url our using fiverr services. Its cheap yet it'll work. Just be careful in choosing the person though, you will want a reliable someone to do your advertising.
