it's definitely google ads.. but the "Ads by Goooooooogle" is all the way to the right
how did they do this? is it within TOS?

20M impressions a month? Psh, easy shmeasy! I don't get why Google would be fine with 20M impressions as a minimum, instead of quality traffic. If you own one of those shittier than shitty 2nd or 3rd tier engines, you too can push over 20M impressions a month, but in turn, your traffic will never convert for anything other than ppc arbitrage.
