How do you buy English books overseas?



My girlfriend has one of the earlier Nooks with the eInk or whatever it's called. I was in the "fuck reading off of screens" camp myself until I saw it, and now I'm considering getting one for myself.

It can read any book in epub format which are typically easy to find to illegally download on the Internet through torrents, sites like mobilism.org or wherever else Google takes you.
