I am getting to a point where with school, job, business, and my sites, I just don't have time to add new sites to the network and manage it properly. Where should i go to find project managers.

I don't think there is such a thing like a place to go and to find your project manager. Ofcourse you can maybe look for someone on those freelance outsource places like Elance.com for example.

It would be more likely a person you know personally, you can trust & has lots of qualities (design, seo, managing your projects or whatever is required)! If I should need a project manager, then I should first look at people I know, worked with before and know that there are good in what they do and can trust 100%! If I can't find one, then I will search for someone on places like Elance.com (there are several of them). :)

Before you can find a project manager, you need to define exactly what your portions of your projects need to be managed and how. I'm sure you know what your projects bring in, money wise, but do you know how many paid hours they can provide towards the pay for a manger AND still provide you with the supplemental income you want to retain? Once you know that, you are in a better postion to give an accurate job description and income offer.

You may have figured all this out, but it wasn't in the post. A few more details could attract more targeted resources or even a project manager directly from WF members or a WF member connection.

thanks Jan that was helpful

another question, what are thoughts on getting the PM to sign on an NDA document, to stop them from stealing your idea and do it themselves.

Don't know how far it would let you reach legally but I would cover my ass with a NDA.

I'd also look into a non-compete agreement. If your really serious about this go talk to a lawyer.
