Does Google see the following links:
1-Url
2-URL/something.html
3-URL/something/something.html
As 3 links which are link to the same URL but different pages?
Thanks.

Yes, google sees them as different links and yes, as 3 different links to different pages on the same (sub)domain.

Google even sees a difference in domain.com, domain.com/index.html, www.domain.com, www.domain.com/index.html, at least they index all those versions if there are links in the 4 styles, dupplicate content...can be easily avoided with a proper htaccess setup, but that's a different question.

Yes Shasha, in addition to seeing them as different links it is very important to have not only links to your home page, but to have inbound links spread through your site (aka "Deep Linking") for a more well-rounded linking scheme.
