Kinda boring, 30 min of people talking about the normal grind of life for most.

Was surprised there wasn't more..

The problem is more about how badly they adapt to the modern world. Indians usually have their lives planned out by others (mostly family elders). They follow that path and live decently. They have a pretty laid back life without much room for dreams and aspirations.

Shit gets serious when they begin to learn whats outside of their own little towns and comfort zones and they begin to pursue it. When that happens, they have to break their family ties and that laid back life behind and start from 0. And suddenly this person gets overwhelmed by it all and starts to manage his new life (which he has no experience in doing before this). When things like rent, food bills, electricity bills, school bills, tax, loans, etc. begin to creep up on them, they start to lose their minds. When they can't get a grasp on whats happening, everything starts to cave in for them.

Also, they are only trained in one particular area. So changing fields is not an option, unless they have time to learn it with money and time that they don't have. Climbing up the ladder is not an option for all. Only a few who have managed to be the predecessors pet for about 5-10 years and the process is dead slow for most.

Even the Indian education system is shitty. Only Focused on theories and does not believe in practical approach or real life skills. They are focused on manufacturing that gullible, obedient engineer who will do exactly what their bosses want.

Its pretty sad actually.
