Friend of mine started selling links for the CU volleyball team at $10/month. 11 links total. He asked me if I thought he should be charging more. I don't really know enough about it. PR 5, which is kinda useless these days. No traffic. It is an edu though.

I'd say it's a pretty fucking good link ... but worthless overall to the people that are currently buying. I mean vinyl floors & home alarms, c'mon.

I might go looking for a Colorado or volleyball niche if he's still up for selling a spot.

Agreed. Outing a link seller will make the links worthless. It's too bad too, because I have several college websites that could have used a link like that...

If links (or whatever else) are in code tags, do they get indexed? I remember on some other board a while back there was a way to post stuff without it getting picked up by the search engines.
