When you're cold- calling for let's say insurance, loan or mortgage leads, you might run the risk of calling someone on the Do Not Call List. Here's how to reduce that risk by 100%

1. Open a LLC with 'Survey' in the name

2. Start cold- calling perspective leads. Introduce yourself as an agent of your Survey LLC (emphasize the name) and ask if they are in the Do Not Call List.

3. If Yes, tell them they have been counted in the "survey" as someone who is on the Do Not Call List.

4. If No, proceed with your sales pitch with 100% peace of mind.

Now where's my +rep ??

Disclaimer: I take no responsibility of the legality of this idea. It is simply a set of actions in a hypothetical scenario that bear no resemblance to reality. I do not condone breaking the laws behind Do Not Call List. Practice at your own risk.

Reminds me of the time I got a call and they wanted me to watch some show and take a survey. I said if it was porn I would do it. They just laughed and then let me go. :D

If they are on the DNC list, give them a real survey related to what you're pimping. Like: "Are you aware that 5 out of 6 people don't have adequate insurance coverage [y/n]? How would you rate the customer service of your current insurance providers?"
