How to create your own affilate network?

I have a service which I want to sell. What is the best way to track my affiliates? I had so many cases when when I am not tracked correctly and receive 0.00$

So how can I make sure that all my affiliates will get tracked? Is there any software? or service which i can use to create my own affiliate network with auto tracking including?

I think the first question to ask is what makes you unique or better then the millions of CPA networks currently out there? And to answer your question Hitpath for an out of the box solution

Why not use a CRM instead? The bigger ones allow you to track your own affiliates, without having a full blown affiliate network.
