The mind is the most powerful weapon in your arsenal, period. Turned against you however, it will absolutely ruin your business, your relationships and your finances. This is how to begin to control it, because if you don't take charge of your thoughts, they will control you.

1. Eat good, nutritious food, preferably vegetarian. (I'm vegan).

2. Exercise at the VERY minimum 3 times a week, preferably 5.

3. Meditate.

4. Sleep 8 hours a night every night.

If you could take a pill that would give you the same number of benefits as those 4 activities, how much would you pay? $100 per bottle? $500? More? Underneath this little formula for happiness and success is a simple yet powerful strategy. What you're subconsciously doing is building up your willpower. Every single one of those actions have a long, documented history of helping you to become a more resolved and productive human being. Additionally, it helps that you'll feel healthier and better than you ever have. Feel free to add on, but I think these are the foundations of any successful individuals regiment - and they don't even take that much time per day.

I don't know. I have spent the last twenty years fueled by nicotine and caffeine and probably an average of 4 hours a night sleep.

Don't get me wrong, I think the post has merit, but whether you have true mental strength boils down to the individual on a person by person basis. Some are just that little bit weaker, or fragile mentally, and therefore prone to becoming negative, regardless of how they look after themsleves.

If I ever get a little down on myself or things that happen around me I quickly give myself a mental slap and think to myself, "Fuck you life... I own you! Usually does the trick.

That was a weird rant...lol. Back to what I do.

Right up there with Dresden.

Sleep, hydration and sports - who woulda thunk it?

Willpower on its own can only last for so long. If you live as you describe (even if in jest) and not as Pewep suggests, then sooner or later you'll burn out your adrenal glands. No fun.

Pewep, please post screenshots of your offshore bank accounts to prove this really works. Thanks.
