I've had a couple accounts banned from Google but it was easy enough to get back on using proxies and prepaid cards. But apparently they've decided to block the use of any prepaid card for any of their services (Adwords, creating Android Dev accounts, even buying things on Checkout). Anyone have any ideas on how to do it now? Are there any service-sites where you can hire people to buy things online for you, like a shady version of Fiverr where I can say "I'll send you $1000 on PayPal and you use your credit card to buy something for me worth $900" etc? lol

You don't have any friends or family that will let you put the money on their CC and make the purchase?? Much better than someone you don't know....
2nd checking account, paypal debit card, or just report a credit card lost and have them send you a new one, or ask for a 2nd one tied to the same account in someone else's name.
Fix the problems your account unbanned. Jesus christ, its not that hard. You're just chasing your tail and will get shutdown again. Try building a real business and you'll be a lot happier.
Be thankful you don't have an adsense account that was banned because they require you to put down your social security # for signing up.
