Fraud:

The insurance company would need to take you to court and make the case that you intentionally lied. They would have to prove, on legal record, that you had the pre-meditated intention of lying on your application regarding the miles you were expecting to drive, which would be next to impossible, at best.
An example of a fraudulent insurance claim would be something more along the lines of having your friend drive his shitty car into your shitty car, intentionally to make a claim and collect a check.
Another example of fraud would be taking your car stereo out of your car, calling your agent and telling him that your stereo and/or audio equipment had been stolen... something along those lines.
