This is an easy answer, I have been doing this for two different projects, one for the business I work for (which served as my "test" product in a way) and than for my own personal biz. Create a shit load of autoresponders, basically one for each product your selling, this is simple and does not take a lot of time. Once you have set up the autoresponders, create a badass pre-sell, causing the prospect to commit before seeing the actual affiliate page. OR, if you believe the product page sells itself, just place a link in the email. One thing to remember, with craigslist you need to post alot each day. You will get flagged farely quickly by users that are familiar with how Craigslist works. If its not a local product, it gets flagged.
Again, you must post alot, Craigslist has begun to crackdown on affiliate spamming, try to make each post as unique as possible, dont copy and paste each post and change a couple words around. You could even write a review about the product your selling, a short one of course and paste it into the item description. I use a content rewriter used on already posted ads from the products website. This works well, work smarter not harder!

.
This is a much more condensed version of what I do, but this creates a solid amount of traffic, and if your selling niche products, this is my favorite way to sell them....Craigslist is not for the techno savvy people, normal people looking for garage sales, and shit lol. Got something they are looking for....and at a reasonable price! Done.
How about trying this one...the crazy bitches on the personal forums(the adult content area) are suckers for porn products. hint hint. SELL money making tools, webmaster tools, camsites to these "Slut for money" wannabes lol. haha, works for me anyways,
I shared that cuz, hell, craigslist is effen huge and unsaturated, Ill live!
