I don't know why. Only like 2 or 3 visitors. Now I know most of my keywords are not on first page. However, some that are also don't get traffic. When using adwords do you get more traffic from publisher network or from their search?
If your ads are not on 1st page, try increasing your bids. But you will have to raise your daily budget as well. You should revisit your ads and try to determine if you're targeting your ads properly.
