Cool man! He really does seem like a genuinely nice guy from the stuff I've seen from the PPV/SpikeTV.
Actually no, a friend of mine knows him and got him to come to halifax and do some chute boxing seminars, and he called me up and asked me if I wanted to go.

It was a totally one sided fight. Hughes was saved by the bell the first round.
Ref stopped it in the second because St. Pierre was pounding the shit out of Hughes.

That is seriously so awesome that you got to hang out with him! I just saw Forrest Griffen when i was in Vegas in October and i was excited for days..lol 
That's unreal. I was so happy when he busted up Hughes a few weeks ago. He's the type of cat that looks like a regular schmo in plain clothes but would break every major bone in your body with ease. IMHO probably one of the greatest fighters pound for pound (well him and lidell).
