You'll start to notice some changes being made. I just sold WickedFire from my personal ownership to my company for $5M in stock. Not a bad deal! Nothing except maybe the ownership at the bottom of the site will change, and we are adding another server too, so we can handle some of the new promos that will be launching along with the new resource area. Aside from that, it's business as usual.

I was hoping you sold it to EF so there could be a merge and a member fight, winner takes all.

damn it Jon, I always knew you would succumb to filthy corporate greed.. you shallow greedy bastard
(Im disregarding that you own both entities)

What would your purpose for this be, tax write off(s) ?

Jon....I can't believe you...is that all we're worth to you? $5M dollars?! I thought our nights together meant more than that. at least you could have gone for something more lucrative, like $500 dollars

Is this possible? Jon just made a post offering to buy PublisherForums.com from Tyler Cruz. Jon... you trying to build this up and sell it the same?

The problem with selling to a company is that decisions are put in the hands of the stockholders. In this case, I hope the stockholders are cool. I'm wondering if Jon owns any decent percentage of this stock where his decisions hold precedence.

In any case, a valuation of $5M for this? I'm wondering how this was generated.

Guys, it's a fucking joke. Do you have any idea how high my taxes would be if I did something like that? Just for that sake, I wouldn't do it.

But yes, it's true, I did offer to buy PublisherForums, but not to sell it, to just add it to the WickedFire portfolio. There will be more sites added to it within the next year or so.
