I live in Philippines. How to get an US Adsense account?

I'm lucky because even though I don't have experience in SEO I get good amount of organic traffic to my site. Obviously the money site brings will get me into a good college. if I could get a US Adsense account i would be able to find enough money in about one year because earnings will probably increse about 3 times of current amount due to better ad placement and CPCs.

I mentioned farming to say that I don't have access to the information channels or connections you could have and in order to explain why my question might sound foolish to some.

Maybe he wants to be in a collage. He might love art so much he wants to put himself in a collage.
