I need an application or program that will stop me from drunk emailing/messaging

I'm frequently tipsy and my soul becomes peculiarly poetic when alcohol is running through my cardiovascular system. I need something that requires me to solve *VERY* difficult puzzles before emailing or logging into facebook. I can still perform complex math in my head when I'm drunk, so I need it to be especially tough. Any suggestions?
