Any good recommendations for a dedicated host? Un-managed, and don't really even need support. Just keep the bloody boxes online, and I can do the rest. Oh, and clean IPs would be nice too. I don't like getting a new server setup, which has an IP blocked by every major network already.

I'm using OVH in France at the moment who have unreal prices for Debian un-managed but seriously need some new fibre. Every seedbox provider seem to be using them.

Do they move data centers very often, then tell you your servers will be down for an extra X (maybe XX) hours due to a "transportation delay"? Apparently, I can't do any work today, because of a traffic jam in Texas. Or maybe the U-Haul guy didn't deliver the trucks in time. Fuck me...

Jesus some serious value there. What's the network like, much network redundancy?

All the value used to be in US data centres.

This is the box I've had for over 2 months: Hetzner Online AG: Dedicated Server EX 4S It's never been rebooted and I've never detected any downtime.

I believe they own their own DCs, network seems fine for me. 190ms from US west coast, I remember great pings from UK as well.

Well, the price is definitely right. I'll give them a go with a backup server for a couple months, and assuming that works well, will move other things over.

I can vouch for Hetzner too, had a dedicated there for about 18 months without a single issue. Incredible value for sure. Only cancelled it because I didn't need it.
