I think Wickedfire administration needs to take a more active role on this board ASAP

I'm furious and in a moment, if you care anything about wickedfire, you will be too. I only need 1 graph:

I've been around the block man, many times. I know the internet back and forth and to be more specific, I know what I like and I've seen it all. I know when a community is on the decline and when it's about to die. For reasons I will not get into, I have chosen wickedfire to be my online home community and I have a vested emotional interested in keeping it active.

Wickedfire is dying. Wickedfire has been dying since 2011. That's over 1 year of negative growth. These boards used to be lively and absolutely hopping with new information and sass every day. I'm sick and tired of seeing valuable members leaving and it really makes me sad.

I think the administrators need to take a more active role. Buy traffic. Can't afford it? Run ads. Have webinars, get an email list, something guys. There is a

SHITLOAD

of IM traffic out there and it doesn't take too much effort to get it. Furthermore, Jon you could make big stacks just running this site in a way that would be conducive to learning and business relations.

Now, I'm a nobody. The truth is, you don't have to do a word or anything that I suggest and in fact, with a few clicks I can be gone from these boards permanently. However, I truly feel that this forum has a massive untapped potential and it would be awesome if it was realized. Pretty, pretty fucking please with a big fat red cherry on top. Only the admins have the power to really lead this forum into the next 5+ years. Do something please. If a site isn't growing, it's dying.
 


It's not like we're the only internet marketing geniuses on the planet. Think of what we could do with more Eagles, ly2s, peweps, etc... This could be an awesome place with tradition and activity.
 
Who knows man, I thought the board was dead and then Penguin hit and for a period of about a month I don't think ever in the history of this board has better information been shared. There was a shit ton of gold everywhere, surprised the fuck out me tbh.

This time around seems different though, who knows though, maybe some of the members listened to what people have been preaching for years now and diversified their traffic. =P

Lol, I can honestly confirm I am 2 other "respected" members here and I'm so paranoid about being found out that I have a proxy that I always use when logging into them.

Expecting newbies to come here and talk internet business is a tall order.

One half-retarded question and they'll get trolled so hard that their great, great grand children will be asking their mothers what a dickroll is.

The one thing I can give this community, is that when a serious conversation does go down and some real strategies and theory is being discussed, there isn't another IM forum that comes close (that I know of).

Not really. There are plenty of newbies that have established themselves by not acting like straight idiots. If you (not directed at you personally) can't even read the damn forum rules, then you deserve to be flamed to hell.

So fucking what? The point is to get enough traffic that quality, contributing members DO stay and they share the info. It's a numbers game.

I had a guy pissing on my face after a fight in a pub, bullies and school taking off my pants in front of hottest girls, street sweepers spitting on my face, 8 old boy kicking my ass and taking my wallet and I once landed on dog's shit slipping on banana skin when on first date with some hot girl... I've been offended and humiliated on countless occasions...

Newbies generally don't get dickrolled if they post in the newbie section. Same goes for the other topic-specific sections.

IMO, unless you can bring something unique/good to the table, you're going to have a tough time fitting in as a new member. You have to contribute to earn respect around here. This forums maintains better standards than the rest because of the natural order established.
