WF is a quite harsh club. Noobs are getting flamed, others getting banned, you can only enjoy respect here if your post count and join date is in line.
Now I understand that you guys don't want to run a WaFo, and all the drama is actually quite funny, but you have to be aware that it can also trigger lots of false-positives.
Jokes aside, I know of a lot of valuable people in this industry who left for those reasons.
