build a SaaS product that people actually NEED, find a few affiliates and market the hell out of it. not dealing with scrubbing or falling offers has it's benefits. also, the monthly subscription model is awesome.

start small. think you can create something where 500 people on the planet will pay $25/month for?

then either value add to that product or sell/maintain it and use the profits to build something new with more value.
