The web design business is such a horrible business imo unless you are dealing with very large companies.

That cartoon and youtube video is spot on lol.

Web design is so popular and a super saturated business because it is what everybody sees. Every 10 year old with a computer downloads photoshop and thinks they are the best designer ever. Some of them actually are decent and the ultra low barrier to entry makes prices ultra low. On top of that, most of the time a better web design doesn't improve sales or create any other tangible results, so most people don't want to pay a dime for it.

Worst business ever.

I do local business Web Design and have been through this many times. Now my agreement with the client allows for a set number of revisions, extra costs.

The pie chart email had me lol'ng.
