Go over to Adesso.com and order one of their ergo keyboard with touchpad.

Last week I was literly hours away from going to a wrist doctor and demanding carpal release surgery. It was bad and getting worse. The night before I couldn't go to sleep from the pain -- a first for me.

Got this keyboard, dumped the old thing and the mouse, my wrists feel great. My fingers get sore and it feels a little rough at time, but routine stretching takes care of it. I've been practically working non stop the whole week (may be why I'm not sleeping)

Thanks for the tip. I was thinking about getting a new keyboard and will check this out. My carpel issues really subsided when I got a wrist stabilizer/rest glove thingymagicky. But I will definately check this out.

That smart cat touchpad appeals to me. That would look nice next to one of these.
