After reading barbara's book, I'd have to admit that she is my new favorite.

The book seems to be marketed towards women, but i still thoroughly enjoyed it.

O'leary. Why the fuck is he on the show? I've only seen him invest in like one deal. His only contribution is to ask if they have any sales. This guy looks like he masturbates to pictures of himself. It's hilarious that no one wants to work or partner up with him.

short answer: high entertainment value. He's the guy people love to hate. He's an asshole and it makes people watch the show. I don't know how he is on Shark's Tank, but on Dragons' Den (the Canadian version) he pretty much trashes everybody to the point where it becomes a comedy.

There was another SEO guy in the next episode. His site is towerpaddleboards.com. Everyone ragged on him, but Cuban saw the potential and gave him $150k for 30%.
