Haha sometimes they don't have any effect. If this guy wanted to push it he totally could've taken both those cops. He got tazed, then threatened that chick then began to lay down.
Reminds me of this time I was in a 7-11, must have been like 12:30am. This guy walks in and he's arguing with his girlfriend. Yelling at her pretty loud. The store owner asked them to leave and he went ballistic and started knocking chips off the racks and generally just going nuts. The store owner called the cops and they were there within a minute.
The guy refuses to calm down so the cops hit him with the taser, he looked them straight in the face and then literally ripped the spikes out his body. Everyone in the store was like "WHOA! Holy shit..." The look on that cops face was priceless. It was like "Fuck what do I do now?" Meanwhile the assailants girlfriend just starts laughing hysterically and taunts the cop "Bitch that little shocka aint gonna stop a bull!" When the guy looks over to his girl to laugh along, the cop tackled him.
I will never forget the look on that cops face when that guy ripped those spikes out of his chest. Totally worth it.
