probably some idiot trying to fuck over someone else's website/adsense account. thought i dont know why he couldn't just report it himself.
 
While it's highly illegal, check out how the AdSense ad is hidden at the bottom. It's hidden so that only the title of the ad is showing, as if it's just a regular link.
 
Its the same thing as their link unit but 1 click. Im sure google would allow this if their tests didn't prove that people clicking based off a headline are not going to convert well at all.
 
The AdSense does not even show (unless scrolling) in FF. When the screen is still, the text is below the status bar.

Notice the 'scrolling' images on the upper right? Maybe this is a way to put images next to AdSense and still be within T&C? Naw...
