Im new how do i put youtube vid on a post?

&feature=player_embedded

Hi can someone tell me how to embed a youtube video on here thanks

If their link does not work for you, just copy the address of the video from you browser's address bar and then past it into a reply here.

Then paste this &feature=player_embedded with no space to the end of the address.

That should do it for you.

I'm not a newbie here (regardless of what my post count says) and I still have a hell of a time doing this! lol

Jon, is there no easier way to accomplish this? How about a "Video" button next to the "Insert Image" button in a post box?

This would make it easier for the lazy fucks amongst us (myself included), as well as for the newbs that will never ever figure this shit out without asking... ever...

Let's reiterate...

Step 1. Copy link

Step 2. Paste link

In other words, copy and paste.

Hurrrr.

No, adding the &feature=player_embedded @ the end of the link can be a bitch to remember for n00bs, and hard to figure out if the regular YT embed link won't work correctly.

On top of that, I've had to edit the URL's and fuck with them to get the vid to actually display when using "&feature=player_embedded"

Unless, you're saying, I can simply grab a YT url, paste it, and the video shows up...

In which case...

Fuck me Jesus.
