Oh, you mean like 37signals, Dave Winer, Anil Dash, ect. Yes, none of them have made any money in application development. I mean, who would want to market themselves or use a medium to mix it up with other kids on a playground. Clearly, putting ones spew on a marketing forum is a much better strategy and the choice of medium for all the great application developers.
