I have been doing some research online but was wondering if anyone had any experience with setting up an LLC with a foreign partner? Trying to set up a business with a college friend in Boston. I don't want to incorporate in Massachusetts though since it's very expensive and people have advised against it. I live in Maryland but the business will operate in Boston. My Partner is from Dubai and will be in Boston most of the time. I am wondering if I should set up in Maryland or another state. Also I am trying to do this for as little as fucking possible. Basically looking to pay only filing fees and don't want to spend more than $200 to have everything set up legally. Also fuck how confusing US business law is.
