Inforgraphics are one of the things that scare the shit out of me in this industry. I look at them and can't possibly fathom the get done easily. And yet they sell for seemingly so cheap....
Let me keep selling minimalistic designs to doctors and shit....ya know?
well, the bubble has burst. they aren't nearly as hot as they were 1-3 years ago. some major research piece came out that said images were read X times more than text and poof, the infographic bubble.
as far as distribution, pocketace does have some very good reach but your shit does have to be on point. even a REALLLLLY interesting infographic won't get any traction unless you back it up with the work:
-find niche groups on Google+ and share them there (of course don't just go join, share, and leave)
-drop them on some Pinterest boards that are relephant
-find Facebook groups and pages that are relephant
-other forums and sources like reddit and stumbleupon can be good as well
if you want to be successful in sharing on any of the above, you better have been actively invested in the community for the past 6 months or so or expect to be banned, pushed to the bottom, or downvoted.
its really like any good piece of content, (video, article, infogrpahic, etc) no matter how good the content, you gotta know how to make a buzz campaign happen if you want it to take off and funnel traffic back to your brand.
