I need help..
Anyone know of a good way (aside for telling me to get some sleep - wiseasses) to kick this crazy Insomnia stretch I've been having for the last month or two. It's never been this bad. Usually I can stay awake for 48 hours and then crash and be back onto a normal sleep schedule routine, but lately it's gotten so fucking bad that I'm able to stay awake for 3-5 days straight, and yeah, I'm exhausted, but I still can't fall asleep, or even stay asleep for more than 5 hours at a shot!! I have no idea why either. I have nothing bothering me, stress levels aren't higher than normal, nothing bugging or irritating me in my personal life either. It's not even that I have some crazy thoughts or worries going on that prevent me from falling asleep. I just.. can't do it!
Any advice would be much appreciated. Any home remedies or advice too. I'm willing to try just about anything EXCEPT for sleeping pills (I'm pretty against taking drugs). And smoking pot keeps me awake too, so I can't even do that. Ugh!!
