If they were arguing over fraud or something thats one thing but if they claim TM on something that isn't, you may be able to get damages so it would be worth suing. But check with a lawyer on that brah.
When my cj acct got banned few years ago, I had about 25k in there I think, somehow they still wired me all the money generated previous to the banned day.
