If I see dogs that are friendly running a muck I'll pick them up. I generally take them to the vet to see if they're chipped. If they aren't chipped I'll get them their shots and fixed if they aren't. Then I'll rehome them. Fuck giving them to a shelter around here that's a death sentence.

I'm a sucker for dogs.

I hope the guy in the video gets ran over.

I found a puppy once, brought it to a no-kill shelter and it got adopted out quick. Not all shelters put down animals

I'm not sure if that guy abandoned his dog. The door of the car never opens, unless it's before the camera starts filming.

But, if they did actually abandon their dog like that, that's terrible.

Heartbreaking watching the dog chase the car until it moves out of view.
