Its the third time That i get busted by paypal over buying virtual goods ( softwares ) and always seller win the case.

What should I tell paypal to win it?

Who, me? I have no idea who the guy is, but I do know anyone who has ever requested a refund within 30 days of purchase has gotten one immediately without question. I've even given out refunds 6, 8, and 10 months after purchase before, but now strictly disallow it. Seemed like every time Google farted, a few people would show up out of the blue in the ticketing system looking for a refund, and that's not right.

Only exception is if that guys' initials are O. M., then an apology from me is in order. All resolved now though, and he has his money.
