In Oregon we get the best of both worlds. Full bar and full nudity, but the laws vary from state to state. For example, in Vegas they can only can only serve alcohol if the the ladies keep on their panties. If you want full nude then you better have got your drink on before hand.

Well, you do have one option in Vegas. The Palomino Club was grandfathered in when that rule went into place so they're the only strip club in Vegas that can serve both alcohol and vagina. But I never found a fondness for being shanked, so I've always avoided that place.

State by state basis. Here we can't do full with booze being sold. They get around that with BYOB strip clubs. It's kind of fun to roll in there with a keg.

Gotta love our liberal Portland... I mean Oregon.
 
In Utah the girls have to wear pasties if there is alcohol being served. And there are no lap dances allowed, whether there's alcohol or not.
 
The religious nuts in Missouri have ruined strip clubs as well. The girls can't give you lap dances and the clubs can't sell alcohol and have to close at midnight.
 
If you some how manage to walk into a BYOB place and didn't bring booze it's pretty easy to get. Get a lap dance from one of the girls and ask her where to get it. She'll find you some.
