Is WF dead ?

Hi guys,

sorry to ask that this way.

I create my account in 2011, wf was the best place to buy SEO services. I bought here 39 times services for some of my projects.

I stopped SEO during 4 years and now I came back...and see that services promoters must pay to open a thread for 10 days.

So marketplaces for SEO services seems dead.

Where do you buy good SEO services as WF seems not anymore the place for this kind of stuff ?
