Is Yahoo on fucking crack?

I got so pissed at Yahoo Search Marketing that I just stopped all my campaigns running over there for the past 3 months. I am finally going to start a new campaign, so I got to set it up and now it says "Choose your market" My choices are either target both US & Canada or select every single US state one checkbox at a time to target just the US?

On top of that, when you check/uncheck a state it hangs for a second to update their graphic. What a piece of shit and a total joke.

that's my biggest problem with them, by far. You always get the feeling that they never ever use their own products.
 
i'm seriously starting to question whether there is a single thing on YSM that's functioning as it should. first, the signup process was horrid -- the 'please wait while we process your info' popup didn't go away after an hour of waiting for their acknowledgment, then i tried signing up in IE7, same thing. apparently two accounts were created from both tries even though i used the same email address. now that i'm in, i'm trying to contact them about it and the 'support request' form is broken:

"The system has encountered the following error(s)
An error occurred while submitting your request. Please submit your request again."

what the fuck? these are simple things. i can only imagine what it will be like trying to manage a ppc campaign with them
