Are there going to be extenuating circumstances taken into account. I only ask because some of the (now endagered) red rep group are members that have positive itrader, accounts that are reasonably aged and have a number posts.

Just for clarification. :)

I'm actually not sure why I'm even responding tbh, Ice gave me the answer I was looking for.
 
I think the red here on WF is more a reflection of how trigger happy we are against noobs/new people not necessarily the idiotism of the account in question

I guess the question is whether someone that doesn't contribute to the community in a positive way should be able to profit from the marketplace.

The argument for that would be: If they are providing a service that people want to pay for, they are already contributing to the community regardless of how well they may fit in socially here.
