Bit off topic but Einstein never said the quote in your sig! It first appeared in some bullshit self-help book in the 80s, hearing it grinds my gears.

nothing wrong with a little over reaction ... just man up admit and move on!

These adhoc type skype groups are actually one of the best things I have found on this forum and I dont think they take away from the forum at all they just allow a few people to discuss a very niche topic that wouldnt interest the majority of the readers here.
